General Information

BioSci Consulting is focused on helping life science consortia become sustainable long-term collaborations so that they can reach their full potential. We apply design thinking approaches to develop business models for sustainability and to improve consortium performance. Our goal is to make the most of out of the emergent creativity that develops when multiple disciplines and multiple stakeholders work well together to arrive at a generative dialogue. We have successfully achieved a sustainable structure for two IMI projects: U-BIOPRED and eTRIKS.
