Role in AIMS-2-TRIALS

Teva is contributing to the AIMS-2-TRIALS by participating in the development of a global communication and dissemination strategy covering topics such as ethics, new therapeutic approaches, and the outcomes of the AIMS-2-TRIALS consortium.

Through Teva’s collaboration with Dr Evan Elliott at the Bar Ilan Medical School in Safed, Israel (http://medweb.md.biu.ac.il/research/evan-elliott/), we are able to reach a wide network of people on the autism spectrum, their families and caregivers, and the Israeli autism research community. Teva and Dr Elliott’s team will provide diverse educational materials for parents and caregivers of people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in multiple languages including English, Hebrew and Arabic. Teva will also support a research conference led by Dr Elliott’s team for patients, caregivers and clinicians to further disseminate the latest research findings in autism research and to support communication between the patient and caregiver communities and the autism researchers. Teva will help disseminate updates about the consortium’s activities to diverse stakeholders in Israel, including individuals with ASD and their families and caregivers, clinicians, and autism researchers.
